| All you need is "larry the cable guy" playing in the background while talking on the CB and you're set! |

| "will I blow my cover if I tell them "California"?" Yup, they'll think you're an element of a bowl of Granola. If you say SoCal, you may get by. BOL |

It was the dark of the moon
On the sixth of June
And a Kenworth pullin logs
Cab over Pete with a refer on
And a Jimmy haulin hogs
We was headin' for bear
On I-10
Bout a mile out Shakey Town
I says Pig Pen this here's the Rubber Duck
And I'm about to put the hammer down
Cause we got a little ole convoy
Rockin through the night
Yeah we got a little ole convoy
Ain't she a beautiful sight
Cmon and join our Convoy
Ain't nothin gonna get in our way
We gonna roll this truckin convoy
Cross the USA
Convoy |

| Yea, I have always loved that song. I would love to find a CD or tape of some of the old trucking songs of that era. Convoy was on TV not too long ago. That sure brought back memories. Not that I am that old or anything. Drivers don't use the term "convoy" much any more. They call a convoy a "train." I still prefer "convoy." OH YEA!! Hammer down. Put the pedal to the metal, rubber ducky. We got ourselves a CONVOY! Oops......sorry. I suppose that I got caught up in the moment. :P |

I had some wack job singing convoy to me on I80 a couple months ago.
first thing over the cb...
"it was the dark of the moon"
then a minute later
"on the fifth of june"
another two minutes later
"in a kenworth pulling logs"
another minute
"cabover pete with a reefer on"
by this point i`m gettin quite amused/annoyed so I inform the psychopath those are drill pipes not logs and my name isn`t CW McCall, and i`m not interested in being serenaded by a trucker.
oh and i`d keep your comments about drivers attire to yourself when your actually out on the road  |

Why does it make you sad? I really don't know what type of life she is portraying. Help me out with this one. I would really like to read your thoughs on her life. Because I have no clue which direction her life is heading, or her background. |
