Is DAC just used by OTR companys i drive dump trucks and tankers locally. Never even hread of other drivers who drive local talk about DAC. I asked my boss the other day about DAC and didnt even know what it was. So do just OTR compansy use it.

I know Old Dominion uses it and Roadway checks it. Conway had a driver, he came from OD. When he was with OD he had to be towed. He quit Conway and went to Roadway, he never told Roadway about the reportable. Roadway fired him for not disclosing it on his application, dunno if Roadway reports to DAC though.

As far as Conway I don't think the check or report to DAC.

DAC really is for anyone who want to purchase thier services, and believe it or not there are some non trucking companies that use it to "simplify" background checks on applicants.
