I am going to school to get a cdl so I have been browseing truck companys looking for who might hire me and who I might like to drive for. I noticed under job opp. on schneiders website it list dedicated runs out of Georgia Pacific in Muskogee Oklahoma. That is where I am working till Oct. 6. I know they haul our wastepaper in and finished product out. There are 1 to 2 hundred trucks in and out of there a day and schneider probaly has a least 25% of those based on what I see in the yard and unload when I do overtime in that area. I know our shipping zone is mostly a 2 to 4 day turnaround away.
So, the plan part is if I can get hired and assigned there I could at least have my wife meet me for lunch/dinner a couple times a week and if timed right maybe have my ten hour break parked there and sleep in my own bed which would be a lot better than 10 to 14 days out.

Plan or pipe dream?

Sounds like a good plan.

--------------

This officer from the department of Fisheries suspects that his neighbor is using dynamite to fish.

He casually asks him if he can go out with him in the boat and his neighbor says sure.

Out they go, and when they get to the middle of the lake, the neighbor takes out a stick of dynamite, lights it and tosses it to the Officer.

The officer yells "WHAT THE HELL ARE DOING??".

The neighbor says, "Did you come here to talk, or fish?
