Pulls the spotlight from Roco hey three seconds over this way =).
If CR England is so bad then why are they still in business. I mean doesn't that make since to anyone lol. If its so bad why would people stay with them? Lack of choices? Sure not all companies are perfect but still. you have to look at the whole picture lol. If there is one. |

For the same reason companies like Prime have survived for so long. There are a lot of uninformed people out there and there are a lot of people who think they will be the exception. |

Well As PT Barnum once said A fool is born every minute. Now please do not take this the wrong way but for a vast amount of people in the trucking industry most only have a high school diploma nothing wrong with that. But England takes advatage of those who do not know how to run a buissnes or what the trucking industry is all about.
MR. England Runs his buissnes by the law only it is stacked in his favor. Not the drivers. Look at how they push drivers in to a Flease option at 85 cpm then they take out truck payment fuel cost, insurance, maintance, permits, and what ever else they can deduct from you. then you get to keep the rest. Oh for got Uncle Sam gets his share of the pie to but wait its off the gross befor deductions then you get the cumbs. |

| Some of the people are locked into leases. Some people don't have any money saved to switch jobs. Some people just like getting hosed. |

| I wonder how many people left with a bad taste from outfits like CRE, Prime, etc leave trucking when they would have prospered at a good outfit like Gordon, CFI, or whatever. |

Probably "untold THOUSANDS"!!!
Seems that some people just adopt a "mindset" based on unsubstantiated facts and dreams....and regardless of the warnings based on the experiences of others.....they leap out of the frying pan and into the fire.....only to have to end up eating crow later.
PT Barnum actually said "There's a SUCKER born every minute". Minor difference there between "sucker and fool"....they equate quite well :D
Caveat emptor, folks. |

Actually, PT Barnum never said that. It was a banker named David Harnnum who mouthed those words and came from a hoax that was perpetrated on him by a Mr. George Hull, the creator of the Cardif Giant............ |
