| i'm not Chad. I'm new here. Havent used a chat board in three years. I used to use the one on Getloaded. I came to this site looking for CDL A drivers for some empty trucks and just decided to setup and post. TFMotors, you gonna give me that city and trailers? |

Thats the right attitude and the one that we all need to have. If its available, get that MONEY. Take care of the customer, they wont forget it. Too many of us say, its my truck, I'm not going. Most of them guys get in a bind sooner rather than later. |

Thanx for the info on my thread on getting my own authority. I live in Florida, close to St. Petersburg/Tampa. I like to run for 2 -3 weeks and take a week off. Just me. I get kinda of short tempered if I stay out any longer. Also I almost feel like a tourist here on the beach when I come home...makes me appreciate what I have! |

Shippers do not pay a premium to haul over the weekend.
Companies may pay a driver a premium but,
Pick up friday and deliver on Mon is regular price unless you are babysitting a reefer.
Be careful of your sources for advice on messageboards. |
