| plain and simple question which surprised me when i found out the answer. which is larger, the state of oregon or the united kingdom of great britain and norhtern ireland? |

Oregon is larger at 251,419 sq km or 97073 sq miles.
The UK is at 241,590 sq km or 93,277 sq miles...... |

its about 64 million at my last recolection plus all the ilegal immegrants that have dissapeared and cant be counted.
Yes its a very small island and we have very poorly educated car drivers that make driving a truck somewhat of a chore than a pleasure.
Compared to Canada which is the second largest continent in the world next to Russia and they (canada) have only 32 million people living there.
Mmmmmmmmmm lots of open space!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
