No but he was impeached, and he was disbarred. I'm really hoping that he doesn't get to be first lady... I guess then he could be the first lesbian first lady.. um well.... maybe that spot was taken the last time he was in office.

I think it's common knowledge that I live in Holiday, FL. Well, maybe I don't exactly live there, but I do visit there when I'm with my wife. Holiday is just north of the county line from Pinellas County. In talking to her about the sheriff of Pinellas County, she told me that there has been an investigation going on for more than two years now.

Officers that are supposed to be arresting the prostitutes are having their own fun with them, then letting them go rather than just arresting them like they are supposed to do. That is not something I read in the article. In view of that, it IS affecting their performance on the job. I back the sheriff on that. But, In other situations, like private business, if it will not have adverse effects on the business, It's none of my business.

Any single employee who would knowingly compromise the marriage of somebody would also be willing to knowingly compromise the employer's business.

Employers don't fire their employees who are caught shoplifting down at the local Smarty-Mart because the employee has broken the law on their own time. They fire the thief because they can no longer be trusted. I agree with BikerDad.

Adultery has nothing to do with your job performance. You can be a reliable employee but circumstances in your personal life can lead you to stray. Maybe the spouse has an illness, such as depression or substance abuse and is not the same person you married but has become a stranger.
We could go into all sorts of psychological reasons and my marriage is in no way perfect either. But for me personally I would not stray on my wife, I have thought about it which I'm sure many a person has, its natural. But thinking about it, and acting on it are two different things.

But because your personal life might be in turmoil doesnt mean you are going to cheat your employer.
I drive a tow truck for 10 years and I whenever I trained new employees I told them "Your job is not worth the $20.00 you are thinking you are pocketing".

I have always told my kid, "if you think its wrong and you can get in trouble for doing it........it probably is wrong and you will get in trouble for doing it"

in the military you can be imprisioned for adultry. not to mention... now this is just written and i'm pretty sure they don't enforce this... but any thing non-missionary is illegal. I actually combed through the articles over a few weeks when I was working midnights in the AF and discovered this. So yeah, technically somewhere it is illegal. However, i can't believe the former president was "let off" yet troops are still being prosecuted under military law for this

The last i looked, Adultery isn't illegal. Just ask my Ex Wife. That was her favorite pass time, as well as spending all the money she could. I found out the hard way that the courts don't care who caused the marriage to fail, and even tho SHE was the one who broke the vows. The only thing the courts care about is that SHE gets her fair share of any and all money i earned before, and during our marriage. All she had to do was quit her job before we went to court and and the Judge figured that i was responsible to support her lazy, useless, ADULTERESS BUTT, so she could continue to live the way she was used to. I could almost see it if we were married for 30 years or so....... but 6 years ?? In my opinion, she chose to gamble with her ' free ride ' thru life, and she got caught. Seeings how all the bras were burned for equality, she should have been told to get a job, like she did have, and live within her own means. Men don't stand a chance when it comes to the justice system. why is it ACCEPTABLE for a woman to beat on a man in public, and its just blown off like its nothing, but if the situation were reversed, the man would be locked up and get a police record. I am all for equality between the sexes, not special privileges for either sex.
