I agree on behalf of my company named herein to the service choice I indicated above and will remit a pre-payment via credit card to ClassADrivers.com for the amount indicated above after receipt of invoice. I understand all fees paid are final and non-refundable. All applicants information my company receives will be held confidential as required by law. I further understand my subscription for billable services indicated herein will begin once my fee is received by ClassADrivers.com. This is an open end agreement and can be cancelled at any time with a written request.

I understand the pre-payment terms for services provided by C.A.D. Enterprises LLC. I understand all fees paid are final and non-refundable. If you joined in the middle of a billable month, you will pre-pay for one full month and on pro-rated month.

Advertiser agrees to pay any and all costs and fees that may be incurred to enforce payment of any balance due on this contract due to non payment.
