Men LIE!! And SO do women! Men don't REALLY want a strong woman, because they want to be the dominate one in the relationship. Most men are AFRAID of strong women, because they don't want the hassle of the power struggle!

They only SAY they want a 'strong woman' because, thanks to Women's Lib, women WANT to be appreciated for being STRONG! So, if we SAY we 'appreciate' that in a woman, and play to your self-interests, we MIGHT get "lucky!"

Likewise, women SAY they want a "sensitive" man! There are literally hundreds of magazines proclaiming this! It's a LIE!!! You're lying to US... and to yourselves! Women want a JERK!! GOD only knows WHY.... but it is TRUE (as a rule.)

Problem for US is..... there are LOTS of male "jerks" out there! It is part of their DNA to know how to "act" sensitive just long enough to HOOK their fish! But, a sensitive man, only LOOKS like a jerk, when he tries to ACT like a jerk to get your attention! You see right through him, and pass him by for the REAL jerk.... who is ACTING like he is sensitive because you have promised yourself that THAT is what you are looking for! Aaaargh!!

Like Truckrswyfe said..... ACT interested just long enough to make them THINK you are interested in their VIRTUOUS facade, because that makes you SEEM like the kind of man who would love the person they WISH they were! Then, pack up your tackle, and let the FISH come to YOU! Because THEY really want an "independant" man, who couldn't care LESS if he had a woman or not! They certainly don't WANT to have to be your MOTHER!

Dang! Now I've given myself a headache!! Trying to figure out women will DO that to a man!
Was that really suposed to help :?: :?
I have a question for you women. How do you ask a gril out without making a complete fool of yourself? Which I always seem to do.
Mack maybe this is only what 'you' feel. I doubt seriously that every woman you talk to see you this way .. .... Heck .... why do you think it's hard for some of us ladies to start the conversation .... we feel the same as you 8) ... stop putting yourself down. Seriously, stop it :!: ... people do pick up on others - self impression of themselves - I've met some real nice men with very low self esteem and it's not very attractive. .... I'm sure you have alot of interest and qualities that some women would be drawn too. .... keep at it - you'll find her  .... I'm sure what I've said doesn't help, but it's what came to me when I read your post

Well.... it might not have helped YOU..... but "I" feel alot better now!

All I REALLY know is..... NEVER ask a woman to dance if she is bouncing around and dancing in her seat. She will usually say "NO!"

    Go figure! 8)

    Like you wouldn't BELIEVE, Mommee!!

Who do you think taught Travolta those "moves?" Seriously, back in my "disco days" (I know... I know.... but there are few on here who didn't live through it......) I won several contests!

I kinda gave it all up though, when the style changed to all this flailing arms, neck dislocating, robot crap!

    Oh yeah..... HOBO's got rhythm!!
