start school monday..any last minute advice

my husband and i start school Monday night for the next eight weeks to earn our cdl. i would appreciate any advice you might have for a future woman trucker.

RUFFINit I wish you and your hubby all the best of luck. There are some men drivers who still think women shouldn't be driving truck. Thank God they are far and few nowadays. Just go into this endevour doing the best you can and remember....treat others like you would want to be treated. People on the docks, shippers, receivers and other drivers will then make your job easier. Take care and ..Drive safe everyone.
