Husband and I are getting ready to go through CDL Training and I have a few questions. If you don’t want to shower at truck stops, do we have to go to a hotel for showers? Is there a way to have running water in the truck to wash vegetables and fruit? We would also like to hear from any CRST drivers about what to expect from them.

lol....your joking right?....we are neewbie's (husband and wife team) 4 ever prolly,GL 2 ya! No running water and hotels are costly hehe.

unless you have one of those huge bunks that have sink, shower etc in them, with a water tank, you are not going to have running water in the truck

there are no other places to shower other than truckstops and hotels, since you are running team with your husband I doubt you will have time to stop at hotels anyway

if you want to wash fruits and vegatables just bring a big jug of water and a bucket or something with you and wash that way
