Default Look where you will be learning!

Be mindful of where you are going to train for driving. From a geographic standpoint, if you have the choice, choose a school where you will be challenged.
I took my schooling through an acredited academy in Northern Ontario in the Canadian shield, and I am glad I did. Hills...pashaw!
Now that I am in the workforce, I see guys coming in straight out of schools that train in the flat lands around South Western Ontario, and these guys(havent met any gals yet) are having trouble blowing shifts on major hills. For those who know, Sudbury to Thunderbay have a few where you pull down to 5th (on a 13) or even a cheater  with a 70,000 lb load.

Don't get caught surprised, snuffin' it isnt fun...I had to do it once, as per my trainer, just to get the scope of how it can screw you up having to finish a hill in LOW gear
