Default Thoughts on MTC in St. Louis

I'm going to finish my CDL training at MTC in St. Louis. I've seen this guy ranting and raving on here about how awful it is. I just have the feeling that he's someone who's generally not happy. Can anyone else give me some thoughts about MTC? I'm looking forward to finally finishing this and getting on the road.

I was going to attend school there(MTC) St. Louis. and heard alot bad things about the school from more than one person...I decicded to go to Swift's School in Kansas City Mo.. the main reason was not so much the negitive feedback as it was the Price of the school...

MTC ...$5,000.00 plus $150.00 for three week course
Swift...$3,900.00 plus $150.00 for three week course

with Swift no money down, except for the 150 seat fee ,no intrest.
500.00 bonus after the first solo dispatch, 6 weeks with a mentor at
$350.00 pay per week, weeks one and two,$400.00 weeks three and four, and $500.00 week five and six. And at 6 months you will be a .31 cents a mile. They also increased there short haul pay, at 6 months you can make between .50 to .37 cents per mile at 0 to 299 miles.

Anyhow it was a better fit for me ....good luck with whatever you do.
