Pay Rate: Rock Hauling, Per Ton....OTR, CPM.




Hello All,
We are seeking Owner/Operators for our company. We have two divisions, Rock Hauling and Over-The-Road. We are a family business and our employees are not just our employees but part of our family. We do not have any big company hoops you have to jump through.

In regards to the Rock Hauling we have a low lease fee of 18%, we do not take any money off the rate before it gets to you. Our guys are making anywhere from $9,000 to $16,000+ gross per month, it all depends on how many loads they wish to go out and get. Our rates for jobs range from $8-$11 per ton. We pay weekly after being held back 2 weeks, and have a fuel card program with discounts. Liability and Cargo coverage provided, Workers-Comp Coverage, Trailer leasing available upon availability and we have a large customer base. Currently our jobs are going from here in Bridgeport going to the Metroplex to highway projects, some plant hauling, and we do have a haul from down in the Ennis area up to Fort Worth.

With the Over-The-Road we haul dry van freight, we also have the opportunity to haul nationwide but choose to stay to the east and go no further than Cincinnati, OH area. The rates in this program are straight to you, no lease fee is taken out. Power-Only the rates range from $0.92 to $1.00 cpm + fuel surcharge, if you pull your own trailer the rates range from $1.00 to $1.10 cpm + fuel. We also have a trailer leasing program for dry vans. We pay weekly after being held back 1 week, and have a fuel card program with discounts. Liability and Cargo coverage provided, Workers-Comp Coverage, Trailer leasing available upon availability and we have a large customer base with this division as well.

There is NO restriction on your equipment, if it runs and passes state inspections we CAN use you!

Also there is a referral bonus for anyone you send over, they become qualified and lease on after they run one week. $300 cash, no limit to how many you can get.
