Non-driving Position - Director of Driver Services/Recruiting

Premium Transportation Logistics LLC, Toledo, Ohio, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as Director of Driver Services. This position entails recruiting owner-operators of trucks of all sizes (Cargo vans, Straight Trucks and Tractors), log auditing, conducting orientation and taking care of our drivers needs (paperwork, etc). Past driving experience and/or recruiting experience is a plus. Position requires some computer skills and excellent "people" skills. Must be detail oriented and honest. Excellent work environment with an established, reputable, company. Full time, with benefits after 90 day probationary period.
