    Default C-15

...question is about a lowest possible price one can find around on its turbocharger....

I have a friend in need and i've heard they go for around 2K each, he has a twin pack inside so he will need two of them. is there a place around the country that will sell a refurbished one? I know alot of these ads in the papers that claim so but i wanted to ask here first for something that is recommended.....

    thanx

I'd recommend using OEM Cat turbos.

Yeah, they're more expensive initially, but if you hang cheap junk on there and it comes apart and f's up a $15k to $20k engine, what good is that initial savings on the turbo?

If you can't shift it smoothly, you shouldn't be driving it.

I mean contrary to popular belief, if one turbo is bad, you dont have to change both of them
