    Default Radiator supply house

Has anyone ever heard of or know anything about Radiator Supply House in Sweet Home, Oregon? A friend is about to spend $4000. with them and would like a positive testimonial before doing so, or especially any negative feedback.

For that kind of money, how many radiators is he getting?

I got mine from Ace Radiator in Indy, $750 shipped to my door, for the biggest core to fit my KW, got it delivered in 3 days.

    Default how many?

Good question. He is converting his 400 cat to a 425 and this is done by going from an aftercooler to an air to air system. This is on an 84' 359. his radiater needs replacing and since he has got to get a new one anyway he decided to get the one that works with the charge air cooler and the A/C condenser come with the package. He will be getting a complete radiator tanks and all, a charge air cooler, and an A/C condenser, I think before tax and shipping it's about $3400. If your wondering why he is doing this you get 25 more hp and a little bit better fuel milage. It remains to be seen if the increase in mpg will justify the change, also his aftercooler hasn't much life left so between that and the radiater thats about $1000 he would have spent anyway.... After he runs it a couple of months I'll let you know

A complete radiator for my KW over the counter was $1600 from KW, the price he got still seems awful high.

    Default high

Yes I agree, it does seem high, I don't know how much checking he has done and he is going to check out Ace but so far they were the only ones to call it a change over kit specifically for what he's trying to do and that may be why he is interested in that supplier. I know he contacted different suppliers in the past and they need all the part numbers which he does not have. Also he has tried junk yards for used parts to no avail. If anyone knows of a 359 with an air to air set up for sale, let me know and i'll pass it on.
