Why are you "mashing" your gas pedal?
I'm still trying to understand how this person got a noise resembling a band of linen out of their truck.....
I agree, the request is hard to interpret.
You may have a broken head bolt, or a blown head gasket.
Sounds like a pressure leak. Check your manifold pressure too.

I had the same thing going on with my 04 and had a clamp broke on the turbo pipe.
