Default Front drives rotating when braking

When one of our city trucks brakes, the front drives slam forward. Meaning that the front drops down. The only thing I can see that prevents that, is the airbags and shocks. I increased the air bag pressure and it was ok for a few days. Now it's back and annoying me everytime I hit the brakes.

    Any ideas?

    Torque rod bushings are shot.
If you can't shift it smoothly, you shouldn't be driving it.
