Fault Code - 156 - Injector Timing Rail Pressure

Anyone know what this means? Also I have as more information under "Failure mode identifier":

0 - Data valid but above normal operational range

By the way this is for a Freightliner Colombia 2005. The driver has told me that sometimes when starting from a stop it hesitates very briefly. I don't know if an injector is going.
