    Default humming noise

just today i noticed a humming noise coming right where the engine (isx 500) and the tranny comes together...sounds like a vacuum cleaner...

when i turn off the engine and restart it the humming would gradually come back on again...

anybody with a solution would greatly be appreciated...

Where the engine and transmission come together is where you are sitting. Is one of the voices in your head humming a tune? If not, does it make a difference how fast you go or if your are in a hard pull. Uphill, downhill is it the same all over?
Don't trust anybody. Especially that guy in the mirror.

i can't hear it inside the cab, only outside when i't's idling...

funny thing is it disapears when i bump the idle to 1k...

but when it just idles you can hear a distinct vacuum noise...

everything sounds normal when i'm bobtailing or hauling...

anyone with an isx 500 that sounds similar to that??
