Default Volvo air ride is rough HELP!!

hello i have a company volvo 2007 and the ride is real bad i had a few of our shops look at it and i think that is all they did. Does any one know how to set the air ride to make it softer. when i go down the road it's like real choppy and there is nothing soft about it. It only has 140,000mi on it[list]

next time you have it in the shop tell them to check the ride height, if it's to high or to low it will ride ruff "if you just tell them it rides bad and to look at it most of the time thay will not check the ride height" also check the plate's the airbag's sits on and make sure it's flat if it's tilted it will also make it ride ruff

the front axle on the newer volvos is known for being rough. Either adjust it(its probably air ride) or you can go with smaller air bags.
