Default Davco 382 Fuel Processor is leaking fuel

Hi, I have a Davco 382 fuel processor that is leaking fuel from the bottom collar, not the top collar by the clear bubble and fuel filter. I believe it is the O-ring. I have traced it to the bottom edge of the plastic collar. Is it as simple as removing the collar and replacing the O-ring or could the leak be something more involved. Has anyone ever had this happen and does anyone have any suggestions. I just want to save money by fixing it myself unless it is too involved than I will br forced to take it to the dealer. Thanks.

could be either or... freightliner is a dealer for davco. they will have or can get any part you need. if you changed it recently & dirt got inbetween seal & plastic cap, it will leak. as for the o ring seal. you can get at any dealer or any truckpro, any truck stop w/ shop.
