    Default International 9370 help

Hey all i just bought a 85 9370 eagle with a bc 400. has 2 wiring issues which may not be related. first the headlights will go out but then they will come back on a minute later an you can here a click. a weak circuit breaker maybe? second problem is on my first drive the voltmeter was reading low all of a sudden and i slowly lost all my lights etc. kept truck running and hooked jumper cables from another truck to it just for a minute an all of a sudden is starts charging again an made it home fine. the volmeter still only reads 12. has new alternator and batterys. Thanks for any suggestions,
keep er between the fence posts

i had elec prob a while back. not exactly the same, but similiar in nature. i too had new batteries & new alt. the prob was the hot wire going to back of alt was very loose. it is crimped into a metal connector with an eye & it just pulled out & was not making good contact. hitting bumps on road would make volt meter needle jump back & forth. check all the wires. alt & batt cables. good luck.
