Good Companies for Reefer Driver with 6mo Exp in the Last 3 Years?

Me: 10 years exp, prior to 11/2008, mostly OTR reefer. I'm back to driving as of 07/2011. I'm approaching 6mo recent experience and looking to move up. I got a reality check when I started looking for work last July as many doors were closed due to that 3-year criteria. What I'm hoping to find? Reefer or Van, .35 or better per mile, passenger from day one, and good health coverage.
