Flatbed out in Jersey?

I have been sitting here and trying to choose a good outfit to get into, and decided that I would like to get into the flatbed biz. Any recommendation's besides maverick,pgt, and tmc. I read countless of post about them from good to bad, I would like to extend my research a little bit further before I take this step and try not to waste mine or the companies time from whom I would be getting hired from. So Lmk some outfit's you guy's can recommend, if you feel as though you don't want to blab about a good outfit you have in mind on the board you can always send me a private message.
