Hirschbach Motor Lines?

I recently received an email from Hirschbach Motor Lines. Anybody know anything about them?

I just filled out their quick-app not too long ago, they seem pretty decent and don't appear to be no "fly-by-night" like I've dealt with over the past, few years.

We'll see what happens and if they have a certain range they hire from.

They seem to be pushing their Lease Operator contract as much as John Christner does.

But I haven't talked with any upset operators from there. The ones that I have chatted with all said they were happy with Hirschbach management.

Who knows where this will go . . these things take forever. My thinking is that this will extend to all companies who offer "go faster" leases . . Prime, KLLM, Hunt, Schneider and . . darn . . what's that other one?

how do these people sign contracts and then when things dont work out like they thought they get sue happy? swift did nothing wrong, just as fed ex has done nothing wrong with the classification of contractors. we all know what we are getting into, that is if we all read the contract. so when things dont work out like you thought it is not the companies fault...it is your for not running your business. but that is just my opinion. as much as i hate to agree with swift..they did nothing wrong.
