I know they are sister companies out of IA. Does anyone know the pros and cons? I see them advertising in the Ohio area.

How's the income potential$$$$$? I'm looking at reefer. What was your experience with them from day 1 on the flatbed side? Is it a driver-oriented company? or another hatchet outfit?

well, first let me say that i really like decker and might be the only company i may go back to work for but the reason i left is because of money, if i could had made a little more money, i might still be there, but that on the flatbed side
