It says in the text at the top of the application that the one you fill out here will be forwarded to companies that are suitable. If I was a recruiter I would think that I would spend my time going through the applications of people who actually took the time and filled out an application from my company. If you are going to apply to 3 companies then go ahead and fill out 3 applications. Dont want to do that? Then get off your ass, do your research and fill out an application for the company you want to work for. You see guys from time to time come on here and say "I am leaving for orientation at such and such a company tomorrow morning, Can anybody tell me anything about them?". If people are so darn lazy that they dont even do their research then why should anybody help them?

As an Executive Chef I used to get phone calls all the time asking if I was hiring, I would always ask for a name and then say Yep I am hiring come on down and fill out an application, once they went through that process I would not hire them as I always thought if you are to lazy to go out and pound the streets like I always have then most likely you will be to lazy to work in my kitchen. The same went for people who took short cuts in the application process ie. "See Resume" that one really would piss me off as they take the time to make a resume but wont take the time to write down on an application whats on the resume (WHY??)
In the hospitality industry the best way to find a job is to hit the streets and knock on door after door until someone finds an interest in you. As a driver it seems to be more internet related at first but then you have to impress with your attitude and background experience, my last two jobs were found on the internet but I still took the time to fill out the application from top to bottom and then on top gave them my resume as well, it is a sign that my work ethic is as strong as my background..
When an individual is job hunting they are selling a product, "Themselves" You have to sell yourself and your abilities to the company make them think they need your services it is a pretty simple concept that 70% of the population fail to do...

Damn, Once again Thanks Mom & Dad.. "I see my Father in me"
