    Anybody heard of this company ? Can't seem to access their website. Thanks

    A few years back I hauled a load into their Lima, OH warehouse/dist center. I believe it was cases of retail sized containers of brake fluid. The facility looked darn near new and was a spic and span. I see a few of their trucks here and there. That's all I know about them. Also the winner of the PGA Championship receives the Wanamaker Trophy.

    Partial Breakdown of Load $35.00
    Full Driver Unload $60.00
    Detention after 2 hours $12.50 per hour

    Per Diem
    0-499 Mile $26.00
    500 miles plus per day $52.00

    Start $.32 Per Mile
    1 year $.33 (100,000 miles)
    2 Years $.34 (250,000 miles)
    3 Years $.36

    Incentive Program for New Experienced Drivers
    Requirements

    10,000 miles monthly
    No accidents or Violations for the month
    Accurate and Timely Logs
    98% on Time Delivery
    No unnecessary Scaling
    Improved Miles per Gallon on truck
    When requirements are met driver will receive an extra 2 cents per mile driven in that month. Experienced drivers qualify for the incentive program until reaching $.36 per mile on the pay scale.

    All Employee Benefits
    Benefit Package Vacation Holidays (7 per year)
    1 year 1 week paid New Years Day Memorial Day July 4th
    3 years 2 weeks paid Labor Day Thanksgiving Day
    10 years 3 weeks paid Christmas Eve Christmas Day


    Personal Days
    3 per year starting on January 1st after your 3rd anniversary

    Uniforms and T-Shirts
    Supplied at no cost upon hire.

    Safety Committee
    $ 125.00 Red Wing Boot Certificate after one year of service.

    The certificates are given out each spring with the exception of the year of your first anniversary.

    If you chose you may request a boot certificate on your anniversary date.

    Various awards are given out yearly to recognize safe and accident free drivers.

    Group Health and Dental Insurance
    $ 70.00 weekly for family plan
    $ 43.00 weekly for employee and child
    $ 60.00 weekly for employee and spouse
    $ 26.00 weekly for single plan
    $ 25.00 co-pay for office visits
    Deductible $ 500.00 single / $ 1000.00 family with 20% co-pay

    Drug Card
    50% up to $ 100.00 co-pay for non-formulary
    $ 30.00 co-pay for brand name
    $ 10.00 co-pay for generic

    Life Insurance
    $ 15,000.00 policy provided for employee

    Section 125
    Sets tax free dollars aside for childcare, medical, dental or optical fees and premiums. Available the first of the month after 30 days of employment.

    401K Plan
    Available after 1 year of employment. Employer matches 25% of employee contributions up to 5% of gross.

    Example: Employee Gross $500.00
    Employee Contribution $25.00
    Employer Match $6.25

    Thanks a bunch, Geargrinder. For some reason, I just can't seem to access their website on my computer, even after using Google.
