Anyone have a list of large trucking companies that will do training/hire? ie. England, Schneider (which I found out doesn't do it anymore) Swift etc

You are going to have to start calling around. Some of the carriers that have been training for years have closed the programs and are taking experienced drivers.
When i started looking i just used the list that I found right here on the CAD website http://www.classadrivers.com/index.php?method=CompanyListing

Yep, when most "large" companies are done with you-- you'll feel like they've "pulled train" on you.
