    Does anyone out there know of any companies around the greater Cleveland or Lorain area looking for straight truck drivers. Any leads would be appreciated! Thanx

    Check out Pitt Ohio and James Air Cargo. Starting rate at James Air Cargo is $15.25 per hour that's pretty good for straight truck work. Towne Air Freight runs straight trucks but I'd stay away from em'.

    You can also try FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery, they run straight trucks. I think you'd be working for a contractor there.

    Try Wolfe Brothers in Medina or the HVAC outfits like York, Virginia Air etc. They deliver air conditioners, heat pumps, etc and construction supplies around town.
