    Angry New Rising Fenix BEWARE!!!!

I want to tell you all about New Rising Fenix. My husband I drove team for them for 3 months. They are about to file bankruptcy and they have convicts working for them. Don't get me wrong I'm willing to give you a chance but I have a problem with this one.

They pay you late a lot... They say what you do from Thursday to Thursday you get paid for the next
Tuesday...WRONG they are two weeks behind on drivers, 3 weeks behind on Mechanics and 2 weeks on regular staff.

They Wont get you home in time for appts. unless your a kiss arse... and if they do its the week you don't get paid what your suppose to get or they just don't pay you till you threaten a lawyer.

They did not pay us till Friday and still excpected us to run...

Please beware of this company and Charley the owner does not care about you and you won't get ahold of him don't try.

I'm not staying here much longer...
I wave at the Big Red Racer.

Rising Fenix sounds like a burned out turkey.
Don't trust anybody. Especially that guy in the mirror.

The "New" mighta shoulda warned you off. That is name number three for that outfit, and after filing bankruptcy, they will try on name number four. Maybe he will be innovative and use something with Fenix in it!! Again!!

Well at least you are smart enough to leave a place that treats you like crap. I wish you the best of luck driver.

Sadly a lot of drivers work for places that don't care about the people who make the money.

Don't do anything dumb like leave the truck at at truckstop or along the road, take it where they ask. Also put in a two week notice. When its all said and done you win they lose.
