Sure it does, but it is better than being far from home feeling miserable. There are times that I want to get into another field, but at 51 years of age, what can I do? Especially in this economy. I am so busy during the work week, [still put in at least 60 or more hours per week], that I do not have the time to really put anything into motion. Guess I will have to wait until vacation time to do anything serious. I would like to work for myself, again, In this economy, what can you get into that so many have lost their shirts already? It will be a rough ride in 2009.
What you have to do is come up with your own company that produces something that will be in demand regardless of the economy....

And, don't bother with a "bionic vagina", cause that one is mine...
    Destroy the cities...
    and they will rebuild them.
    Destroy the farms...
and grass will grow in the streets of the cities.

Destroy the economy of the blue-collar worker...
and grass will grow in the executive offices.

    The bill has come due.

Look behind you! Look close! It flew over your head!

A compnay told me that I could get 3/4 of the revenue, but I said I need 75% because 3/4 isn't even 1! lol

I guess I can understand what the OP is saying.

I lost my job just after Cristmas..And for right now, no-one is hiring.

But I'm alittle better off...only because my house is paid for, and my bills are low. If you lump them together,

    $300 for electricty
    $50 for water
    $27 for trash
    $400 for food
    $300 for pickup payment
    $40 for insurance.

total per month = $ 1117.00 for bills.

So all I NEED is around $300 per week. So I'm doing ok for now. I still make that plus a little for myself. However, it's not the grand per week I'm use too. So cutting back on what's important is not a option, I do alot less fooling around with what I get.

I feel in this economy, if you are working, you need to put aside for when you don't. Now I live on a cash basis....credit too bad for a card, so i guess that's a good thing right now.
Deja moo. It's when you feel you have heard this BS before.
