    Default What Company

As long as you know a "pre-hire" letter really isn't worth the paper it's printed on, one's probably as good as the other. Do both companies meet your needs as far as pay, benefits, hometime, etc.? You know, the important stuff. You should ask both if they do the background investigation before you show for orientation. It'd be a real bummer for them to find something in your background that makes it unacceptable for you to be hired. BOL

That is the main thing to worry about. Alot of companies will spend the time and money to get New Hires up to headquarters and waste three days and send the New Hire home becasue of that very same reason. Take Sealords advice and ask that question first. BOL

Before you make up your mind on which company to go with, talk to the real people about the company (DRIVERS) They will tell you the truth. BOL
