Does Prime own Passmore?
I saw Passmore pulling a Prime flatbed a few weeks ago.

I believe that Prime bought Passsmore last fall, about the same time they bought TRL.
Nothing is foolproof to a talented fool.

yep they own passmore

Prime bought out Passmore in late 05 or early 06....The deal was Passmores owner would be a Prime VP and run Passmore semi independantly,keeping the Passmore name on the trucks,for 5 years......At 5 years,Passmores owner gets a seat on the board and the company becomes wholly Prime....
