Everyone's milage varies on that. The best thing to do is look at what is involved in the programs and find out which one is the best fit for you.

Swift and Werner thrive on new blood, My experience with Swift was not a good one, but I had experience walking in the door. Werner is kind of an oddity in the industry given their use of electronic logs. There are supporters and nay-sayers for every two-bit fleet out there, so I'd focus on things like who has a close terminal, how well freight moves at the local terminal, and what drivers who operate in that terminal think of the staff. Those things, among others should be deciding factors.
