Sounds like nothing much has changed around there since I was with them 18 some odd years ago. Equipment was garbage, had to fight to get trucks repaired and made safe, they would unload you on a Friday and have nothing lined up for the week-end, etc, etc. I bailed after three months and went somewhere else.

well now things have changed b/c you can empty out on monday after sitting the weekend and then sit for 24-48hrs waiting for a load ...And now they have a large portion of busted t-600's and t-2000's not just freightlner or international ...

No I got home on the 9/8/08 called conway on 9/12/08 ...took a job at a warehouse on 9/16/08 while waiting for conway to approve me...that took about 10 days to get final approval...But while working at the brewery I was told there would be yard jockey positions opening soon...So I'll be taking one of those positions at 20hr ...maybe not the highest paying local job ,but it will be set shift home nightly guaranteed pay for my time worked...What steered me from jumping right to conwayTL OTR was I had a few weeks to get to the gym and hang out ,and started to have 2nd thoughts about OTR period .
