Howdy i started with WEL about 12 weeks ago..

3 days orientation then wednesday assigned to dispatcher and a truck.. get you home by the 7th day load up then gone you are and depends on were you live as to how much home time you get.. I kept in contact with other in my orientation.. some get home every weekend some every 10 days otr driver 18 to 20 days.

So far i haved average 2500+ a week more over the stop pay is great adds about $200 a week to my pay. If i unload i get more they do cert osha forklift for you. hell i made an extra 235.00 for unloading they do 1 gross pay .40 a mile or perdiem .30 gross and .10 perdiem. choice is yours. medical is quite good the max you will pay is 107.00 a week or 87.00 on the family plan i am thinking its like 37.00 or 78.00 for personal. dam good insurance..

my average take home is about 1100.00 per week

you also get short run pay and yes everyone has been extreamly nice and so far even the recruiter has not told me a untruth.. i rate them after 12 weeks at 1 being bad 10 being good at a 8

Of Course i am still in the honeymoon But personly i think i will stay around here for a few years and see how it goes. I might if all goes well stay a long time untill i retire.. Class of 1972..

no he didn't, you've got your memory card scrambled again... remember- I keep encouraging to give them a shot-- but he went with WS instead.

    Both LTL refrigerated

But he heard too many horror stories about always running EAST and wanted a more Western oriented company.

I might call them again, since I back in the job hunting situation.

i always hated the part of 4 skids of assorted products, turns into 12 skids and a long wait for the checker. and don't be there close to lunch time because they make everybody get off the dock. the joy of a groc. whse.
