Default How is NEMF to work for?

Looking for info on NEMF. Any have opinions on how they are to work for? They opened a terminal in Elkton Md about 2 minutes from my house and would like to hear from other drivers before i go and speak to them. Thanks for any help you can give me.

They require only 1 year experience which is nice, hazmat & double/triple endorsements.

Their road test at their Pittsburgh terminal is crazy, but easily do-able.

Although they only require 1 year experience, they will not make you a local guy unless you have a solid 2 years. Otherwise, you get linehaul, which is all night time driving. Linehaul guys start at .47cpm, you can expect to make a pretty nice paycheck, and you do get home, but expect to be sleeping while your at home, then get up and do it again. Also, it's not a Monday through Friday job. You will work weekends until you get alot of seniority.
I think local guys start around $17-$18/hr and overtime after 8 hours/40hours.
They pretty much leave you alone as long as you do what your told. They have Machinest Union, which isnt the best, but atleast its a union. Benefits are excellent. They cover you and your family 100%. You pay nothing.
Overall, not a bad company by any means.
I'm not sure about any other terminals, but I know the Pittsburgh terminal has a hiring freeze until atleast the end of this month. By the way they talk though, it sounds like all teminals are that way.
