    Default McKelvey trucking..

    Does anyone know anything good or bad about McKelvey trucking out of Phoenix, Az?? I know they only run western region and they look to have pretty nice equipment but if anyone has any other info to share that would b great thanks.
    I'll gladly pay u tuesday for a hamburger today.

    They run an add in the Arizona Republic every Sunday .

    Makes me think there turnover rate is no different the the big companies .

    their terminal, i think, is located at the worst possible place. it's s. 83rd ave & buckeye, and the traffic there during the daytime is HORRIBLE. as for the company, i've never spoken to any of their drivers. so, i'm not too sure what to make about them.

    A couple of things is all I've to mention for U. they did haul some Petsmart freight I when I lived in Phx. (2) I spoke to a driver of there's who lived in Albuq, and he had trouble being home when needed.don't no if that's helpfull I hope it might be ! :shock:

    I believe they are set at 65 mph. that was back in 04' that could have changed by now. Cause Knight even has there trucks at 66 mph now!

    Just to FYI everyone.... Website says you only need 1 yr OTR. Just got off the phone with the recruiter who told me they don't have trucks available and that they are only taking applications. And that they are now requiring 3 yrs OTR.
