    I talk to guys over the radio all the time that stay out months at a time. I was talking to a guy last week that said he had been out since August....I just don't see how they do it.

    The longest I've stayed out was 4 weeks with another company and we were teaming non stop 20-22hrs a day. I swore I would never do that again, its just too long out on the road.

    After about 6 days I wanna be home for 2 (48hrs), simple as that. And I would never again work for a company that has any problems about me wanting to be home. To each their own...

    ****, how things have changed!! i drove for celadon back in 2004 and i averaged 2800 t 3100 miles a week and i was home everyother weekend like clock work!! when i came back out on monday, i sent my next hometime request for a friday 2 weeks later and they never screwed me out of my hometime!! they liked to run me between the east/southeast to laredo,tx and then up the midwest, then to chicago to get me home down here by peoria,il. all i can say is good luck guys and gals!!

    You are a rookie (new) to this board and you only get rid of the rookie title once you have posted so many times.
    If you think you can or you think you can't, either way you are right!

    Doesn't matter where you have been, it's where you are going in life that counts!
