Default Conway Driver / Sales Rep?

Is there anyone here how has this postion w/ Conway? What does it pay and approx how many stops do you have in a day? Conway is looking to fill a few postions nere my home. It seems as though it would keep me local.

Starting this time of year your would be on call and likely scraping to get 30 hrs per week. The best time to start out at the bottom of the board in LTL land is late Spring/early summer.

Con-Way is a good stepping stone to get LTL experience and move on to greener pastures. However the pay, bennies and working conditions have been on a steady downward trend for the past 5 years or so. Still better than most anything you will find in OTR though.

I worked there for over 2 years until I got tired sick of the games management was playing and left last week.

Feel free to PM me with any questions.
