I worked for Arrow, not a bad company. Whether they are a good company for you, I can not say.

Things about Arrow that did not fit well with me.

Most of the directions to shippers and consignees were poor or just plain wrong. This almost got me into quite a few tight spots, wasted time, and increased my frustration.

Quite a bit of wait time between loads.

Inconsistent home time, weekends spent sitting at a truck stop making no money.

    Long deadheads.

All in all Arrow was good, I just think they don't quite have the organization down, seems like a lot of left hand doesn't know what the right is doing.

There are alot of changes going on at Arrow right now. They are making an attempt to get organized but it didn't happen quick enough for me. I will be turning my truck in at Laredo tomorrow. I will not say they are a bad company. It is a good place to start, but I just don't see anybody doing well as far as a career.
