    I'm a rookie (just graduated from National Training Inc). Have a pre hire with Cypress Truck Lines in Jacksonville Fl and wanted to see if anyone has any info on them Good or Bad. Info would be appreciated[/b]

    No problem. I would drive by and see for myself, ask alot of questions and buy one of their drivers lunch to get the 411. Maybe the OP volunteered to get pulled around back as suggested and they have seen the light. :shock:

    I would avoid Cypress. Every truck I've ever seen is totally trashed and filthy. They are a garbage outfit. I have yet to meet one of thier drivers who have anything nice to say. Safety and equipment are always their biggest gripes. If flatbed is what you want, have you tried Maverick and TMC? Both are top notch and hire students.

    Applied with Maverick but havent gotten a reply as of yet. Werner was trying to get me into thier orientation but I have read so many horror stories that I decided not to go that route.
