Say whaaaat? Good, and local job dont go together around here. :P
We dont have a Wal-Mart DC around here. I'd say the nearest would be around Gainesville, or that area..
Besides the LTL carriers, the good stuff is hard to find. I will keep my eyes open.
Well I see you are currently calling Wichita Falls home, how is the over all job market up there for CDL drivers?
Surely the oil companies aound must be hiring.. Do you know of any of the towing companies there in Wichita Falls that do "HEAVY" towing & recovery?
Or let me put it like this, do you know of any that have a good reputation, I was thinking about looking at Big Daddys towing there in Wichita Falls but I called and talked to my dad about them and he said Big Daddys has a pretty shady history, and not very well respected by anyone in the area, he said he wasn't sure about any of the other ones.
I am for sure going back to Iowa Park to live, so I'm looking for a paycheck somewhere in the Wichita Falls area.

There is a Wal Mart D.C in Plainview,Tx.Between Lubbock and Amarillo. Another one in Cleburne.South of Ft.Worth on Highway 67.
If you gonna come all the way to Fort Worth area you may want to look up Latexco. Int....a paper hauling Co that runs the wal-marts

Stay away from Big Daddys. They are flakey. Their drivers arent all there. :P
You must live within 100 miles of a dc to be considered...
were in NC did you live?
I was in the Rocky Mount area and then Murphy, (extreme western)
BOL - Many friends work for wal-mart and they love it...

Yeah, I dont know a lot about the big man, but I have heard from everyone I know that the company is goofy.
I have seen their drivers, and I have seen kids in cars drive better than some of them.![]()

I guess if you have to live within 100 miles of a dc to be considered for wally world it looks like I'm out of luck.

Jackrabbit do you know anything about a local company there in Wichita Falls called "Texoma Freight"?
Looking for a Better Day on down the road..
Yeah.
No insurance, nothing. $10. an hour, and you work 23 hours a day.
Actually, it's an outlaw company.

Or are you just gonna take some random internet persons word for it?
My Dad drives for WalMart and he lives more than 100 miles from his DC.
