Default Hi just wondering about driving for Covenant?

I heard Covenant only hires teams? Are they an okay company to drive for? Do you get miles and benefits?

I'll have to ask next time I see one of there trucks at the Elementary school next to my house . Covenant trucks are always there , And I see them picking up young kids from the school all the time ...it must be some kind of rider program between Covenant the school , and the local Shariffs department , because after the kids get a ride in the truck the Covenant driver gets to ride in the sheriffs car .

I've heard alot of bad things about them through the years. See them sitting around parked along with the other usual suspects: JB and Swift. Much better outfits to hitch your wagons to if you ask me.

Personally, if it matters, considering all the crap I have heard from their drivers....I think I would rather nail my stones to the floor of a wooden house and set it on fire.... than fill out an application for them.

Fffffffffffffffff....bananas!! Do a search on Covenant, then tell us just how masochistic you really are.... :? :P :P
Forrest Gump was right....and some people literally strive to prove it.....everyday. Strive not to be one of "them".... And "lemmings" are a dime a dozen!

Remember: The "truth WILL set you free"! If it doesn't "set you free"....."it will trap you in the cesspool of your own design".

They lost my original "avatar"....oh well.

Some companies may be bad, but finding the right company is a personal fit. Even changing dispatchers can make the same company seem new.

Covenant hires solo drivers, but they are a team oriented company. Teams get top priority on the longer runs. It is not uncommon for solo drivers to play local pickup and delivery driver for the team freight.
Finding the right trucking company is like finding the right person to marry. I really comes down to finding one whose BS you can put up with and who can put up wih yours.
