SMX Drivers Please Share Your Opinions

I have pretty much decided to go with SMX, but I would like information from actual current drivers with SMX. Could you please provide information on the following subjects:

Miles per week
Trucks have opti-idle or does SMX pay for Idle-aire
Inverters in cab & sleeper or do you need to put your own in
10 speed or auto-shift
Does SMX pay per-diem or do they include it in the mileage pay
Lease purchase a reality or impossible to make work
What should I take to training? Is it really only 3 weeks at $425 a week?
