    Default Passmore

Well I finished Orientation with Passmore. It starts on Monday and you have a black Peterbilt on Tuesday afternoon. If you have driving experience, but no flatbed experience they will send you with a trainer. At the current time they do not take students from trucking schools.Prime did buy them, but the two companies are still separate. The only thing you might see is a Passmore truck pulling a Prime flatbed or vice versa. You start out at .36 per mile. More depending on experience. They are changing all the trucks to 13 speed and 75 mph. Everything seems alright so far.I got a 2006 Black Peterbilt with 207,000 miles on it.Looks brand new. We will see what happens.

Good deal steelhauler. I see boatloads of Passmore trucks. Of course, Altus aint but an hour or so from here. I just hope that when Passmore, and Prime tie the knot, Passmore doesnt get rid of those black Petes. :P

Anyway, you are with a good company, best of luck to ya.

If you see a set of SYSCO wiggle wagons running along on 82, hollar at me on the radio. 8) :P

Passmore isn't getting rid of the Petes. That is their trademark. The way it was put to us in Orientation is that Prime will do it's thing and Passmore will do theirs. May have to an occasion pull a Prime flatbed trailer. We can use Primes Terminal in Springfeld, Mo. now. Mainly to fuel and use the truck wash, but we can use all the facilities as well. You won't see "Prime" on any Passmore truck.

    Oh good. :P

Yeah, I've seen Passmore Petes come through here as long as I can remember. When I first heard that Prime was buying Passmore, I thought, "Ohh no!" :? :P

You dont mind me asking, what's your handle? Is it the same as here?

My handle is "stubbie". I am in Trk#599. They are going to change all the transmissions to 13 speed and turn all trucks to 75. With all of the flooding in East Texas (where I live) I will be hauling alot of sheetrock from Duke to San Antonio and Austin. Good thing about that is it is all preloaded and pre tarped. One good thing about Prime is it increased Passmores freight base.

    Oh ok.
Dang, I thought that they already ran as fast as 75. :P Yeah, sheetrock loads are easy. You will be going up to Duke, and Quanah quite a bit. Cool beans.
