Frankly, I have heard nothing but "good" about them. They will run you, and you will make money....just like any other tanker company. The only caveats may be exactly where and what you are doing. Different terminals may handle different products.... So the jobs and runs may be different.

I met a couple in one of our terminals who had just left JBK.... NOT because they were unhappy...they just decided they wanted to do "local work". They said not one thing bad about the company. They said they made good money with JBK.....they just decided they wanted to be home more. They were a younger married couple.

You might want to jump over to www.truck.net and log on and PM "stuffs".... He drives for them out of Amarillo, TX. Do not tell him I sent you.... He seems to "dislike" me.... and if you mention me, he'll think somethings up.  He believes in a very different religious "philosophy" than I do, and I think he's a wacko on that level....had some "interesting battles".... if you know what I mean. 8)

But he does know about JBK. Has had alot of good things to say about them. IF you do tell him about me.... tell him he has to share any referral bonus with me.... 50/50. OK?
Forrest Gump was right....and some people literally strive to prove it.....everyday. Strive not to be one of "them".... And "lemmings" are a dime a dozen!

Remember: The "truth WILL set you free"! If it doesn't "set you free"....."it will trap you in the cesspool of your own design".

They lost my original "avatar"....oh well.

My husband and I work for JBK.

We have been with them almost a year. We haul only helium. All drop and hook. We love this company!! They treat you right, pay you well, keep you movin'. If you have to wait you get paid for it and you really do (no empty promises). The equipment is good and they fix it when it needs fixin' (*before* the problems get out of hand).

I would recommend JBK to anyone in a heartbeat! We run out of the Rock Springs, WY terminal and the *only* down side is we cannot have our doggie with us on the road. Everything (and I do mean everything) else about this company is to-notch!

Good luck and maybe we'll see you out there.
